Abstract
Hello, I am a Computer Science Engineering Student. I work in the field of Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Biophysics at Centre for Interdisciplinary Research and Education, Kolkata under the valuable guidance of Dr. Ashesh Nandy, Dr. Subhas C. basak, Dr. Smarajit Manna, Dr. Papiya Nandy. Precisely we are a group of Junior Researchers hunting to find new ideas and thoughts to make a decent approach to learn about scientific researches and concepts. In this journey two of my dear colleagues accompany me very adorably, they are Shreyans Chatterjee and Subhamoy Biswas.

Also in another aspect I am trying to collaborate with two of my beloved colleagues namely Ananda Mukherjee and Subham Ghoshal in a concept of Theoritical Physics and Mathematics.

Our Projects
1. Mathematical Modelling for peptide Vaccine Design for Ebola Virus
In this project we try to design a peptide vaccine for the pathogen Ebola Virus following a series of
steps of computations, algorithm, checking. This work is completely done in dry lab and sent for wet
lab experiments.

2. Graphical Representation and Numerical Characterization of Amino Acid Sequences
In this project we try to form a mathematical system to draw graphs from genetic sequence
of amino acids and also provide them a characteristic value which should be non
degenerate for the sequence.

3. Computational Approach to Design Peptide Vaccine for Novel Corona Virus
The Novel Coronavirus has recently created arguably most deadliest pandemic in Human history.
Starting from December 2019 it has affected more than 7 lakhs 50 thousand persons in the world as
on 1st april,2020. We are trying to design a peptide vaccine for the same using our previous
methodology but improving it with time.

About Theoritical Physics
Ananda Mukherjee and Subham Ghoshal are my Batchmates in JBNSTS Scholars batch of 2018. We tried to form a question about Ramanujan Summation asking about it's Physical Interpretation. Also we tried to correlate this same phenomenon of Ramanujan Summation with some of the Physical events happening out there. There must be some correlation between them, what we are hoping to find one day. This work is in very primary stage and nowhere near about publishing.
